Team Leader, Java, Worcestershire, to £38K + Excellent Bens
Successful financial software house is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of developers and deliver to a schedule of work associated with developing ecommerce web sites and/or aggregator connectivity in a commercial environment.

Candidates must have experience of leading teams (including performance management and task planning) to deliver software solutions using agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Extreme Programming, DSDM)
Experience of delivering eCommerce solutions would be preferred
Experience of programming in Java would be preferred
